-Provides a loving home environment for all our children with caring staff who provide a high standard of care for our children. This also covers cleaning staff and cooks, security and maintenance of Nesa OM.

-Training for our staff in care and counselling of children coming from traumatic backgrounds.
-Councelling for children to make sure not only their physical needs are met but their spiritual and emotional needs are met through trained counselors.

The primary goal of Nesa OM is to restore hope and provision of basic needs to orphans and vulnerable children in Uganda. Nesa OM takes care of destitute, orphaned and abandoned children
The objectives are to rehabilitate the children with interpersonal development skiils through education, medical care, building of their self-esteem and social living skills. We equip children with psychosocial skiils that will enable them live responsibly in the community. We provide a nutritional diet to all children to help eradicate malnutrition and encourage healthy body and mind growth. We also provide a child friendly living atmosphere for the children.
Furthermore we initiate income-generating activities to sustain Nesa OM and we empower local families with small business skills so that they can improve their income in readiness for the reintegration of the children back into the community.
The project has a feeding program where it ensures that children get a well-balanced diet and three meals a day.
Number one in our priority list is the success of our children, alumni and their employers. We work hard in the name of the success of our alumni – being among the best and holding the high employment rate.
